Beurres composés aka Compund Butters

 Compund Butters are mixtures of butter and additional ingredients, I made this for my family is a very nice detail super easy and cheap! I used a butter stick (unsalted) divided in 3 parts you can do 1 stick for every flavor or the amount that you like.

1st flavor was Honey, Nuts & Cinnaon I used : 11/2 tbs of honey or Mapple syrup, 4 chopped nuts since this is a small piece of butter, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder.

2nd flavor was Raspberry jam, add 11/2 tbs or 2 

3rd I decided to make some salty flavor I used chipotle sauce 11/2 - 2 tbs, after adding the desired ingredients you just have to smash it and convine it all I used a fork for this, its seems like is not going to blend together but it will! 

It looks like this, put it on a piece of wax paper wrap it and take it back to the fridge

You can use 1 entire butter stick for every flavor and add 3-4 tbs of desired ingredient I wanted to do something small. Also you can use salted butter if you dont want sweet flavor.
